Cari Servis Apartment di Bai Chay

"Stille rom, flott treningssenter og badstue/steambadstue. Lett å komme seg inn på hotellet. Gode senger. Flott utsikt fra 29 etg."

"This was the cutest little townhome style apartment. Beds were located in the small loft, but were comfortable with nice bedding. Apartment has plenty of seating. "The staff were really understanding and nice. The hotel is clean and close to the main attractions of Ha Long Bay. Plus, the breakfast was good and consisted of a typical Vietnamese breakfast. Things to know before booking though is that is does cost more if you bring more people than the capacity that you put in when booking the hotel. Overall, I would definitely come back to this hotel again."

"Was a great experience and friendly front desk staff"

"Like others have posted. Check in is a complete nightmare. Rooms not ready, Wrong room, No front desk help as it is owned by private parties renting the rooms. No fridge, dining plates or silverware. They lied to Expedia and said they gave us the correct room. Also A/C is limited to how cool it will go and turns off in the middle of each night."
