"Beautiful property nestled in the jungle with calm and zen vibes. The place is constantly being kept up so it is immaculate. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Lots of walking if that's what you want (10-14k steps in my case), but there are always golf carts ready to take you where you need to go. Food truck was really nice. Only improvement would be to the restaurant options, Salt & Thyme (international/Italian buffet) was a hit with my picky eater but it was only open the last 2 days of our 7 days there. Lastly would be lovely to have a kids corner in the gym so single parents can get a workout in. Overall we had a wonderful stay, I would recommend and would book again in a heartbeat. "

"The breakfast in the morning was nice to have. Would have loved a little more variety with the hot menu items. The staff were generally great but one or two were a little aggressive when we didn’t understand what the expectations were. Like not being served coffee after having been seated for a while so we thought we could serve ourselves just like with the food. Also, not very clear what could be ordered (we saw a lot of tables getting bacon and bottled waters only to find out that those were extra)."

"We had a wonderful stay at UNICO 20°105° in Riviera Nayarit. The resort is clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The spa was absolutely fabulous, and the rooftop deck offered breathtaking views—perfect for relaxing and taking it all in. A highlight of our stay was the tequila tasting with Gustavo, which was both fun and informative, and water aerobics with Natalie, who brought great energy. The service throughout the resort was outstanding—Eugene, David, Betza, and Carlos were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We also loved the casino night and live music, which added to the fun atmosphere. A special thanks to Elmer and Angel at the concierge desk—they were always available, incredibly helpful, and made reservations and activities effortless. The location is excellent, close to both a local market and a mall, making it easy to explore. We would absolutely return and highly recommend UNICO 20°105° for a relaxing and memorable getaway. "

"Safety was never a concern, the staff worked very hard to ensure we felt at home. The property is beautiful at every glance! Cleanliness is a top priority and it shows! One thing is for sure RIU has set the bar in terms of what a resort is & should be:) My family is looking forward to another RIU adventure! "

"This resort far exceeded my expectations! I have stayed at higher “starred” resorts which came nowhere near this property in terms of overall experience… the property is extremely clean, resort staff are fun & welcoming, and food is good. The pools are on the smaller side but you are right on the beautifully kept beach. I can’t say enough about how clean, well-maintained & safe this hotel feels!! Bravo to the amazing staff who help you have a wonderful stay… as a picky traveller this was the easiest five starts I have given!"
