Lack of chairs/table in the room. No storage for clothes. Had to use bags on floor. Breakfast was terrible for foreigners. Just eggs and bread/jam and limited fruit. No juice/milk/cereal. Had to pay extra for breakfast when booking room. Otherwise I was happy with the hotel.

A hotel stripped down to the basics. A bed and a good shower. Hardly any other furnishings or amenities. Overall very clean, but the bathroom had a bit of mould.

The lobby and dining/restaurant is the nicest part of the hotel. The room lacks furniture (closets, tables, chairs), stingy on towels and the air conditioner is loud. On our third day here, the room next to us had a screaming/crying child that would not stop for nearly four hours. Turned up the tv very loud to drown it out. Asked the front desk to address this issue. Their solution was for us to move to a different room. So we were inconvenienced and the problem was not. With so many other hotels in the area, I would choose somewhere other than this hotel. I am hopeful that the management of this hotel reviews my comments, learns from them and makes appropriate changes.

The room was very dirty all over, you cannot walk anywhere without getting your feet dirty. The room also stated 5 person accommodation but there was only 1 towel available so we ordered extra but again they don't give extra for kids. Staff are friendly but only to those they know or regular customers. The place is in good area you can walk pretty much to everything like burnham park, sm mall and lots of bars and restaurant around. I will not stay there again though as I like cleanliness.

We stayed for 3nights, the service of the hotel was very disappointing. There were no daily house keeping during our entire stay. I had to request for towels and toilet paper twice in a space of 3hours as they forgot my initial request. The staff appears to be easily distracted playing with their mobile phone. They are no phone in the room, meaning a long walk to the loby if you want to talk to the front desk. They are no chairs in the room to seat on and relax after a long day exploring. Hot shower is a hit and miss during the morning peak, be perpare to take a cold shower. The hotel only accept cash as security deposit even thought the booking site mention credit card is allowed. If i compare this to other 3stars hotel i stayed at around the world this would be the worst.

Property looks clean. Staff still entertain you not so friendly way but not rude either. Very very disappointed with the towels and pillows. Four person in a room but only two pillows (one each bed and 2 towels.) When I ask for additional towels they will charge me for 100 pesos each. The towels they have in the room looked like a rug. It’s very old. I booked 4 rooms and towels in some rooms are ok.

Near burnham park, pleasant modern hotel
Clean comfortable hotel. Views where ok. We couldnt see towards the park and sm mall though. No balcony, no coffee making facilities in the room, although hot and cold water available from the water dispencer on each floor. We stayed 7 days , so ate out most days, local restaurants are nice, Abucus was lovely with really nice food, Gerrys was ok. Food was ok too. Walk to Burnham park a easy 10 min stroll, worth going for the pleasant atmosphere, street food over the street towards sm mall was cheap tasty and lots to choos from

Our stay was amazing. It was indeed a short stay but definitely we will return for a longer trip. Our room was very comfortable and the food we ordered was sumptuous. Kudos!

The room was very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Although, there was no cabinet and a kettle inside the room. It was good experience overall.
