Great stay at the W. Room was impeccable, staff was generally friendly, and the location for a ski holiday is unbeatable. Smooth logistics for getting on the slopes thanks the them.

Great location for skiing
Perfect location near the lift - 5th floor rooms have a nice view. Breakfast is good too. It was a short stay but we will come back .... GM knows hugs stuff

Truly the best ski hotel
Absolutely loved this hotel! We decided to stay here on seeing that it was rated the best ski hotel in the world and we were not disappointed! Everything is seamless, the staff is wonderfully accommodating, breakfast delicious and the location is second to none! Definitely go for the mountain-facing room, so much fun people watching! Cannot wait to return!

Loved the property, loved Verbier, funky, beautiful, fun, amazing skiing. Most things done really well...... but what’s with the disco music on 6th floor hallways throughout the night, so you couldn’t sleep; what’s with the barking dogs in other guest rooms; what’s with the unintelligible room electronics? Difficult to turn a light on, a TV on etc.. and the proposed 100Sfr per night surprise for the third bed, installed in a room booked for 3 people.... Crazy ! Overall great hotel, great staff, but more to do

The background electro techno music is not warm and welcoming. The hotel is a Marriott owned hotel although the nicest one I have seen. My room was beautiful with stunning views (although a gondola ran by the window every few seconds) a comfortable bed and sumptuous soaking tub, shower etc. The location is central in Verbier and across from the Madran Iift. As you may know, nothing in Verbier is flat but this is as close as you can get. Breakfasts are huge so make sure you are hungry and also try the delicious healthy smoothies. Friendly staff in the spa and a lovely indoor outdoor swimming pool. A very nice stay.

Very hectic staff, on the booking side it was funny to learn that the mountain view in reality means street/ garage view. I find it quite tricky and unfair for the first time visitors. Tried to charge for extra days of parking( which were not there) Not giving you an impression you want to be a returning customer

Visited 2nd week in april to get the last of the snow. Great hotel. We had a double room which the staff happily did German bedding for us. They even had a birthday treat in my room. Nice stylish but by no means lush, it’s more of an arty hotel. The bathtub and shower are open plan in the room so no privacy if you are sharing. We were in room 226 which meant we had to cross the lobby in bath robes and slippers if we wanted to use the spa which we did every night, the doors of the lift opened into the bar which wasn’t great. Ski room on site only a short walk to main Telecabin lift. Great Breakfast Great Artworkin the bar-/restaurant.

Nice hotel in perfect location for skiing.
nice, clean hotel. Perfect location. Staff are really trying to provide amazing service. for example we went out and were taken to the restaurant and back with W taxi.. This is nice hotel so the cons are just to let you know what to expect :). Has open bathroom; Bathroom has no heated tower rails, which is a problem if gloves etc are wet from skiing; Spa area could be larger as some people did not manage to get laungers there; pool temperature could have been a little bit warmer, Bar service a bit slow.

The "5 star" hotel is located in a premiere area of Verbier with good access to the lift but is not quite ski in ski out as advertised. The staff was friendly enough. The bed and bedding was good and clean. The breakfast was good but nothing exceptional for a 5 star hotel except for the juices. While some might consider the overly modern decor with in your face hot colors, blinding red and purple lights, blaring monotonous techno club music 24 hours a day in the lobby, and open room plans with see-through doors to the shower provided in the room as progress into the 22nd century, these same features will surely irk scare away the more mature non-honeymoon goer staying there simply to ski with one or more family members. So I would suggest a little less gaudiness in decor and a little more sensitivity to the individual clients needs and backgrounds. Let's say overall, a clean hotel with good location but way too pricey for its accommodations.

Ultra modern hotel in quaint village of Verbier Switzerland close to all venues of Verbier music festival with excellent restaurant facilities, shuttle service to all venues and a spa and pool facility. Staff is most accommodating. I WANT to go back!!!

I have spent weekend at W Verbier with my daughter with whom we are traveling and often experiencing most exciting places and unique hotels. This one, despite visiting at the end of the season, is really outstanding. It deserves every bit of its title of Best Ski Hotel/Resort. Forget most of you have experienced in US, Canada and other Alpine European hotels and resorts. Views, suites, services outshine the others. Worth to come even off season. We can just book few hours before our arrival and we loved it. If you are ski and snow sport freak this one has its value. You will get everything what comes with the price.
