駐車場は敷地内にあり、チェックインもスムーズでした。立地は静かな住宅地にあり、サラマンカマーケットまで歩いて5分程度でいけるし、少し足を伸ばせば街中までいけます。 お部屋も清潔で、ベッドの寝心地も良かったです。アパートメントなので、一通りの食器、調理器具、電子レンジ、電気ケトルなどあるので、数日滞在して自炊も可能です。 ランドリーは、共用スペースにありました。 チェックアウトしても、毎週土曜日にあるサラマンカマーケットに行く間、車をホテルに置かせてもらいました。
