"The clean room and balcony were great, though the table could have been taller for outdoor dining. Check-in was a pain, especially since the required information required email access, and there was no staff. Asking to enter passport details in view of everyone in the lobby, with no privacy, is not ideal."

"Cousy hotel in the center of town, good restaurant and very nice breakfast. Highly recommended"

"The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. We were in a room close to the road but didn’t hear a thing. Easy parking outside that was also free. 30min walk to train station and also a bus stop within 5mins. Would definitely recommend"

"Alle Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Küche wurde lediglich ein Backofen vermisst. Parkmöglichkeiten waren direkt am Hotel reichlich vorhanden. Lediglich aber nur für 90 Minuten ohne Kosten. Ein Parkhaus (parken frei) ist ca. 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt."

"We felt deceived that the building we were lodged in was not the one shown online. The automatic checking machine malfunctioned but there was no notice about it. Had to walk 500 metres to the related motel to obtain key cards to the room. Only amenity was a tv and shower gel. A kettle to boil water would be useful. Only a dozen parking spaces available. No restaurants or cafes within walking distance except McDonald’s. Bus to Aachen directly across the road"

"We’ve stayed here several times over the years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly. Also without any prior notice, there was no lunch, drinks or snacks available for hotel guests due to a party of a large group. Later on fire pits were lit, with smoke drifting into our room and leaving all our clothes smelling of smoke. We we reached out to the staff, they simply told us there was nothing they could do about is. Not for us anymore."

"Staff was Good and room are clean"

"Superior room comfort, amazing hosts and the best breakfast ever."

"Im Bad sind Schimmel Spuren vorhanden. Sehr altes Hotel, sehr hellhörig, kein Aufzug. Kleiner Parkplatz."

"Hotel was located opposite the Hauptbahnhof which was convenient, snd a 10 minute walk away from the town centre. Room was okay and bed was suitable for one night. Bathroom had a few dirt marks. Suitable for an affordable hotel for a layover."

"War alles sehr schön und angenehm auch das personal"

"Staff was awesome, breakfast tasty. Could add a few more amenities. Over all I’d recommend it."
