"The location was in a small alpine village with stunning views. There were walks from the door and easy access to cable cars for mountain walks and lakes. The hotel was immaculate and inkeeping with local tradition. The service was excellent and staff went above and beyond, even providing us with a breakfast bag on our departure day. There is a restaurant on site which served traditional german food which again was amazing."

"We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. "Our reception with Melinda and Kevin was the best one on our three week trip through Europe. Kevin helped us with our luggage and they served us welcome drinks. The rooms were very comfortable and nice. Breakfast included ample juice and jams made by Kevin. They also had lift tickets for us and made one of our last night’s stay the best.
