"Yassem made a difficult situation for my mother and myself bearable. We left the Netherlands early due to her my mother’s pneumonia. He assisted us with trying to find a physician as well as transport to the airport. When the driver did not arrive on time, Yassem drove us himself. He assist ed with the loading of heavy luggage as well as removing it. The hank you so much Yassem for going he extra mile!!!!"

Elevators were quick and the building secure, requiring your key card to use elevator. Located in the south end of Amsterdam, but close to transit options. Quick transit ride to the airport. "I liked the location, you can get a ferry for free, outside the property towards the Central station or walk about 5mins to the bus stop instead. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property is gorgeous with a stunning view of the river. The only let down is the noise policy. No music or noise from 9pm-8am, which for 5 women celebrating a birthday is incredibly hard. I kept receiving text messages regarding the noise which was disheartening."

"We loved having a whole house to ourselves, complete with a mostly full kitchen! We felt safe and secure because of the gated entrance. Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. "We found the studio apartment very adequate for our needs. It was large enough to be able to sit comfortably at the table and the kitchen has cook top and microwave which we appreciated. I found it a little dark with black curtains and shear curtains and dark black and red carpet but this didn’t impact our enjoyment. The location was ideal for walking to everything. "
