Nice and spacious room right in the center near everything. Clean room. Access to shared kitchen to make breakfast and coffee. Reasonable price.

Cet hébergement ne devrait pas être proposé comme hôtel, ni maison d'hôte, ni pension. En effet, il n'y a personne à la réception, dont la photo sur le site peut induire en erreur. Il n'y a même personne sur place, bien que l'on m'ait demandé par sms, vers midi, mon heure d'arrivée. A 15h, je me suis présentée devant la porte, fermée, sous la pluie, avec une consigne pour appeler un numéro de téléphone. La personne au bout du fil s'est agacée car elle parlait très vite, et je devais la faire répéter. J'ai donc demandé les consignes par écrit. Je suis une personne âgée, et je ne connais pas le système de boîtier, de code, de clé... D'autant que je ne m'attendais pas à ce style d'accueil qu'elle aurait dû présenter lors de son SMS. Puis la personne s'est énervée que je ne sois pas arrivée dans la minute au 2eme étage. J'estime avoir été maltraitée. Je venais juste pour une nuit, spectacle de ballet au FestSpiel Haus, auquel je viens chaque année !... Expédia se devrait de ne pas la garder dans ses offres "hôtel", et cette dame devrait être dans les propositions "appartements" d'autres sites, et ceci selon la législation européenne. MM bretagne.

Plus que parfait

Hôtel en coeur de ville. Pas de bruits extérieurs pour autant. Deco géniale, kitchenette pour le petit déjeuner avec tout ( cafetière filtres et café, grille pain, tasses et bols, verres, couverts........ tout quoi. Excellent accueil. Excellente adresse en résumé
