The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and well equipped but the air conditioning was broken but the hotel did provide a tower fan to try to keep the room cool. The evening menu is limited but at least there was a bar with some hot food. Good tip! If you’re going out to eat make sure you make a reservation as we tried several different restaurants and they were all fully booked.

This hotel was right by a bus stop that took you to Baden-baden central station. Nice modern room with a fantastic breakfast! Close to the Caracalla spa and all the little shops and restaurants.

Upon arrival our first room had a bedbug that crawled onto my arm while relaxing on the bed. However, staff quickly gave us another room where we had no issues. They made things right for us. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable.
