Es wurde Leistungsmässig abgespeckt im Vergleich vor Jahren. Reception ist überfordert. Gästekarte wird nur auf Verlangen herausgegeben. Die Reception macht Mittags- und Abendpause. Beim Frühstück gibt es keinen Service mehr. No go.. keine Tagesvorhänge im Zimmer ! TOP hingegen Wellnessangebot!

Wellness war toll!

Im gross und ganzen sehr schön. Im Zimmer war es extrem heiss und die Vorhänge und Rollos wurden immer hochgekurbelt. Was ziemlich nervig war, da man es im Zimmer nicht ausgehalten hat im 5. Stock. Dazu hatte es auf meinem Bettlacken flecken.

Hotel direkt brim Thermalbad Zurzach

Habe ein EZ gebucht mit Queen-Size Bett. War sehr angenehm. Im Zimmer hatte es im Kühlschrank 1 gratis Mineralwasser. Das Frühstück im Panoramarestaurant war sehr lecker und empfehlenswert mit schöner Aussicht auf die Badelandschaft. Das Hotel hat einen direkten Zugang zum Thermalbad und zur RehaClinic. Der Eintritt ins Thermalbad ist im Zimmerpreis inkl. Das einzig Negative war der Parkplatz. Kosten CHF 10 pro Nacht.

Reha für Kranken/ Spa für Familie, beide geholfen

Meinen Mann müsste in Rehabilitation weil er schwer krank geworden ist. Ich war deswegen auch ziemlich mit den Nerven am Ende. Habe ich beschlossen meinen Mann, vom Hotel aus den ersten paar Tagen ihn Gesellschaft leisten, wenn er kein Therapy hatte. Ich habe die Fitness- u Spa Bereich benützt und etwas ausgespannt, es hat mich sehr gut getan.

Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet. Für einen Bade-Aufenthalt genau richtig. Die Bäderlandschaft ist einmalig mit allem Drumherum. Auch das Frühstück ist super und grosszügig, vor allem die Aussicht im Turm am frühen morgen! Die Sauberkeit, na ja.... Verstehe nicht ganz, dass die Tücher jeden Tag gewechselt werden, wenn ja darauf hingewiesen wird, wie man es machen kann. Vielleicht Sprachproblem!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
