"What a great place. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was perfect. There was even a store on the floor where you could buy some drinks or groceries and leave a note with what you took to be billed later. Great security. We knew exactly what we needed to do before we left such as take out our own trash. The location was fabulous!"

"This was an ideal location for myself as I wanted somewhere quiet to stay and not be bothered by the noise of the City at night. The staff was friendly and spoke English (my German is poor). "It was a delight to stay at Smartliving Apartments during my trip to Munich. The property was in great condition and well cared for. Check-in was an easy process that took less than five minutes. The property is also located close to bus stops and a U-Bahn station which are reachable in eight minutes or less depending on one's walking speed. It also sports a well designed common area that has a vending machine for purchasing meals, beverages, and snacks. I would highly recommend this property...

"We had a 4 day stay in Garmisch and the accommodation was beautiful. A typical german style apartment. Very clean with everything we needed. There was a wellness suite in the basement with sauna, solarium and various other wellness bits. The rooms were very clean and the bed large and very comfortable. No oven or microwave, but a hob, fridge and TV. The collection of the key for the apartment was easy and just a lovely stay in a beautiful part of Germany. "
