"First of all - we paid double via Expedia compared to the couple in front of me (which paid to the hotel directly). Two things about the hotel we liked: breakfast and the pool. The lady that “welcomed” us at the reception was pretty unfriendly; the hotel was really rundown (starts with a dirty carpet when you walk inside from the parking lot, the balcony floor was horrible condition). And worst: the checkout time ist 10:00h am!!!! The same time the pool opens - I can't imagine any worse customer...

"Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass meine Einwände jemanden sonderlich interessiert hätten. Das einzige Zugeständnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Please also add a microwave to the rooms. Shower was clogged with hair and the water could not evacuate. I had to unclog the shower otherwise the water level would have risen and gone into the bedroom area."
