In parts very nice and modern. In other parts very old and there is an need of renovation. For example: old windows in the restaurant. Rain comes inside. I really love traditional design, but it is is just old… Very friendly and helpful staff! The main issue is cleanliness. Old dirty upholstery and carpets are really disgusting. Dirty tablecloths are not changed. And it's very family-friendly (lots of children). I think it's way too expensive for the service, but the beautiful spa and outdoor area, the delicious food and the great staff make up for it!

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Piste gleich neben dem Hotel ist Spitze. Für Kleinkinder gibt es viele Möglichkeiten sich zu amüsieren.

Hervorragend!

Sehr familiäres freundliches Hotel, ideal gelegen, das Essen ist super, die Zimmer sind schön und sehr sauber. Die Skischule ist nebenan und ganz gut, Welness + Pool sind ganz toll. Wir werden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Beworbenes Wellnessprogramm konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil es keine Fachkraft dafür gab. Laut Angaben der Rezeptionistin wäre das schon länger der Fall .... Warum mache ich dann einen Wellnessurlaub... Sehr schade unter diesen Umständen hätten wir das hotel nicht gebucht!!!

In hotel mi hanno comunicato che il preventivo di hotels.com era sbagliato in quanto i miei tre figli piccoli dovevano pagare di meno e non quanto mi era stato comunicato da voi. Quindi molto bene per quanto riguarda l'hotel ma meno bene per quanto riguarda voi che siete stati poco precisi nella stesura del preventivo, anche se nel form di prenotazione avevo inserito l'età corretta dei bambini.
