Ankommen, wohlfühlen, glücklich sein

Unser Aufenthalt im Sonnenhotel Zum Stern war einfach wundervoll! Schon bei der Ankunft hat uns die harmonische und schöne Atmosphäre begeistert. Das Zimmer war genauso wie auf den Bildern – was ja leider nicht selbstverständlich ist. Hier konnte ich nur sagen: Wow! Alles war stimmig, sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die vielen Möglichkeiten: Fitnessstudio, Schwimmbad, Pool und die angebotenen Aktivitäten – es ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Ein absolutes Highlight für mich persönlich war, dass ich sogar eine eigene vegane Speise bekommen habe. Das ist alles andere als selbstverständlich, denn oft muss ich mir etwas im Supermarkt kaufen oder extra ein Restaurant suchen. Hier habe ich mich jedoch rundum umsorgt gefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an das gesamte Team, das mit Freundlichkeit und Professionalität überzeugt. Besonders Laura und der nette Kellner mit der Brille sind uns in Erinnerung geblieben – beide so herzlich, charmant und aufmerksam, dass man sich sofort wohl und willkommen fühlt. Ich habe mich hier rundum umsorgt gefühlt, fast wie eine kleine Königin. Dieses Hotel kann ich von Herzen weiterempfehlen und wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder buchen.

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr schönem SPA-Bereich und sehr leckerem Essen. Schön ist, dass man einen festen Tisch zugewiesen bekommt. Das Personal ist außerordentlich bemüht und freundlich. Für Gäste, die öffentlich anreisen, könnte man in dieser Kategorie jedoch einen (gerne auch kostenpflichtigen) Shuttle zum Bahnhof anbieten.

Sehr zäher Checkin (längeres Warten und Suchen nach einer Ansprechperson Rezeption. Im Zimmer war die Taschenbücherbox im Bad leer und es fand sich am Sonntag Nachmittag keiner im Hotel, der den von den Vormietern verschlossenen Zimmertresor öffnen und für uns benutzbar machen konnte. Sonst aber sehr positive Bewertung. Sauber, geräumiges Zimmer, Sanitäreinrichtung top und Frühstücksangebot qualitativ sehr gut und umfangreich.

location, staff and room cleanliness are superb. The spa with all the different amenities is perfect after a long day hiking in the alps. They also catered to me being vegan with 5 course meals every night. Would definitely stay here again.

Great personal service.

This hotel is a little way out of the town center but on the way to the ski slopes. The Hotel is traditionally Austrian in style, has great facilities and is clean tidy and efficient. What sets the Zum Stern apart is the helpfulness and attentiveness of the staff and management, which was unbelievably good.

Perfect hotel for single traveler looking to ski

Hotel has shuttle service from local train station. There are buses as well. Hotel staff are extremely polite and helpful. They definitely provide a very personal experience. There is a free skibus to the ski area. Upon returning there is one of the best spa facilities that I ever experienced. There at least 5 different saunas. I will definitely return to this hotel and not look for anything different on the next trip.
