"Great location. Our room despite being small had a great balcony with a phenomenal view. The grounds are beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. More variety than other 20 hotels we stayed at during this trip. The staff was very helpful. Only two negatives. The floors in our room were super squeaky. Every trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night would wake my wife up. Also, no elevator. You need to use the stairs for everything. The only hotel so far without an elevator. "

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

"Cozy room, comfy bed, all clean. The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious with many options and we would stay here 100 times over! Highly recommend! And the SPAAAA! Will have you so refreshed! Definitely get a massage and facial! Also many sauna/steam room options! Love it!"
