"Extremely disappointed that during Graduation week , they price gouge room prices ridiculously high. 2 to 3 times more expensive . They Also request a minimum of 2 days and offer NO REFUNDS no matter the reason . They know you want to see your loved ones graduation ceremony. What a Shame !"

"Quality Inn Harrisonburg is my go to hotel when visiting my student at JMU. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The staff has always been very helpful and my room has been clean. Continental breakfast is available and there is a good selection. I will continue to stay at this hotel for my future visits."

"I have never been a fan of bed and breakfast places but this place can make you a believer! Location, location, location; can easily walk to historic district. The best feature of this Inn is the gourmet breakfast; we got a different delicious breakfast every day. This historic house is a well maintained beauty that you’ll love!"

"My room 208 infront at the pool my night terrible because many child in the pool and the hotel close the pool at 10pm. Around 10pm children run in front at my room and Knock on my door. Not only one time ! I'm call at front desk and the said change for other room For this around 10.45pm I'm so close call at 911 because the child not stop the knock my door and running. This morning in my check out the front desk says the return my money back . Is with you company. Please make the money back...

"I found the place pretty nice in comparison to others. The staff was nice but was hoping for some more flexibility when trying to swap rooms. The room was nice, the bathroom could use some love. There was some obvious quick fixes for previous problems that need to be fixed. I would also recommend some sound proofing, I could hear the cars outside and people stomping a little bit. Overall I would rate it 7/10."

"From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious. The bed was super comfortable and the caretaker, Julianne was so professional. Sitting on the rockers reading a book enjoying a hot cup of coffee was the perfect way to start the end. Highly recommend!!"
