"Best place to stay"

"Couldnt ask for a better location, between tourist and local area! Best of both worlds. Lisa and the gentleman that work there are very happy, kind and helpfull. The travel adjency/hotel combination is brilliant. They have been so helpfull with our travels! Will book again and will absolutely recommend."

"Amazing location in the middle of town, but there is construction next door, causing noise all day. It is a basic and nice room with strong ac, and the staff was very patient and helpful"

"The politeness and helpfulness of the owners."

"Great location💪👍"

"對於像我這樣要待半個月的人來說，空間大是非常重要的，雖然所在位置的外面晚上很吵，但不影響我的睡眠。附近有非常多的食物可以選擇。房東也會隨機回覆訊息和疑問。基本上一切都非常得好，只是洗澡的時候要抓緊時間，因為提供熱水的時間有限😂"

"Good location with many shops nearby"

"Great small room close everything but not noisy at all. Great facilities having a washing machine and kitchen area"

"It was horrible experience, we have no water in the room. They force us to pay before to fix it but they never do it . They don’t answer anymore from the moment they have the money. Even Ebooker can’t join them "

"Quiet"

There is no elevator access but they use a very neat bag lift to bring the bags up to the floor, this lift can support standard suite cases. Rooms are clean and have cooling, bathroom are wet room style with toilet paper needing to be disposed of using the provided bins Overall the price and the friendly staff made this a very enjoyable experience."

"A little quiet homestay situated in good location in HaNoi"

"Outstaning location and best hosts!"

The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. Also, the room and bathroom aren't cleaned, there are mosquito bites on the mirror, and the shower hose is covered in dust. What's bothersome is that I have to ask for the bath towels to be...

"Room is in good condition, staff are friendly, and the location is in city center."
