"We booked 4 rooms for 6 of us and what a wonderful stay we had. Rose, Thanh, the front desk and the restaurant staff are the most wonderful people we have ever met. They are willing to go out of their ways to provide the best services to the guests and we certainly appreciated it very much. My wife had a sweet spot for the Northern style sticky rice, Rose asked her staff to drive to the best and famous sticky rice shop in Hà Nội to buy the ones that my wife was craving for.
One thing I noticed that they remembered the first name and greeted us with our names every time we came back, it made me special and I was a part of their family.
The services alone will make me come back, but the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. The varieties, quality and presentation were fabulous. It definitely as good as the breakfast buffet at any 5 star hotel (JW Marriot Phu Quoc, Four Seasons Wailea Hawaii, Sheraton Saigon, Sheraton Bangkok…). You can order some of the classic Vietnamese food i.e. pho, bánh mì, xôi or just enjoy the buffet. Fresh tropical fruits (dragon fruits, guava, passion fruits, watermelon…) are available, my favourite was fresh coconut water . The dining room was spacious, super clean with a nice view of Hà Nội old quarter.
We have been to many nice hotels and have seen many great services; however, this hotel is special in our heart. I think the people like Rose, Thanh and the staff have created a long lasting memory that we will never forget❤️❤️❤️"
