"Hotel location is great, walking distance to major tourist attractions in Hanoi. But what made us Hanoi stay most comfortable and fun were hotel staff especially front staff Anna was so helpful and friendly. It was our first time in Hanoi but she showed us the point of interests on the map and how to get there. BF buffet was great and all other staff were also helpful and tour arrangement were great too.
