"We had booked a cheap room with no windows and upon arriving had been upgraded. The staff were kind and helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby the day we left as had to wait for taxi at 11.30 am. The breakfast was great and staff up there very helpful too. The hotel had great communication and sorting out pick up from the airport was easy. Very grateful to the staff"

It was the perfect location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi right in the middle of the action and excitement of the city but felt like a quiet retreat each time we came back. The rooftop pool and bar was a lot of fun for the whole family, and our children really enjoyed the chance to swim in the beautiful water! The best part of our trip, however, was the help we received from Hanne! She was absolutely amazing and even let me connect with her on WhatsApp for city sightseeing and food recommendations. She was incredibly professional but so sweet and friendly! The entire staff was amazing as well, so accommodating and sweet. Really impressed with this stay!"

We also really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning; there was a good selection and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a great little hotel in a fantastic location, especially for the price.
