"Room carpet was dirty and sticky. They still put us in a pet room even though we dont have pets. Breakfast wasnt even worth waking up for. Will never stay at a best western again if this is the standard "

"Painfully average hotel. In-room hair dryer and iron were terrible. Iron leaked water all over my clothes instead of steaming. The bathroom door was awfully inconvenient to work around just to get to the shower. After flying in I wanted to have a long hot shower and I was met with a subpar fan to ventilate the steam, so the smoke detector started going off. Thankfully I spent almost zero time in my room during my trip. Not sure it was worth the amount I paid."

"The room was okay cleanliness wise but the sheet had a burn hole, there was hair stuck to the shower wall, the toilet paper was half gone and rerolled poorly. The AC/Heater needed a new filter it also didn't want to heat up until we set it to almost 80. The seal around it was coming off letting air and small critters from outside in. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold there was no in between. There were 2 sets of pillows. 1 set was completely deflated and the 2nd was big and puffy and...

"Good and convenient place for rest and easy access to the freeway. Big, spacious and clean for parking, lobby and room. Checking staff was nice and very friendly. She suggested where to go for dinner and drink around the area. They do sell a handful of snacks, drinks plus cup of noodle. Breakfast is included but it was basic so don’t expect much of it. Overall, good stayed with good service. "

"After the recent remodel, this is a great, affordable option. The on site restaurant and bar is fantastic, and the rooms are fresh and comfortable. They did a great job updated this property and is now my go to hotel with an awesome location as well being close to bars and restaurants. "

I paid for a jetred tub room-unable to use- no way to plug tub up.. fridge had loud hum all night, premises and hallways dirty, full of teash- due to the hotels.com website incorrect advertising- there is a Sunshine I and a Sunshine II.. Sunshine I took my money, but didnt have jetted room, stated they were unable to refund money- so sent me to Sunshine II.. who didntcallow dogs (I have a dog and paid extra deposit at Sunshine I). Manger made an 'exception'...

"The staff at this Motel were angels, especially after the harrowing experience getting there. My phone dead, miles from nowhere, and stomach upset I thought I would never arrive and yet I did to find comfort and caring. "
