"We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and from booking to departure, I couldn’t ask for any more.

"Reception was very busy and had to queue on most occasions. Receptionists were helpful but needed more than one person on duty at busy times.
Room was comfortable and a good size.
Bar staff in the Bassey bar went missing for long periods of time on the 23rd April.

"The room was really dark and I didn't like the open plan layout with the toilet in the bedroom (no privacy). The room décor was tired and the jacuzzi didn't work. Only 5 hangers which the staff quickly remedied. Lovely long decking area but it hadn't been cleaned and had no decking furniture so you couldn't sit outside.
