"room is small, sun does not go inside, that's why it has some bad smell. bathroom also small. breakfast was ok, same every day. pool was nice. staff were good and helpful."

"Hotel itself is beautiful but we were two friends staying in a twin room and the beds were absolutely tiny (<80cm wide). we were constantly afraid that we would fall off. I would expect better for a 5 star hotel to have been better equipped. Also as a gold member, i thought i would get an upgrade ..."
