"This hotel is a little past its prime but the room was spacious, well appointed, clean and attractive. The bed was a little spongy, but that’s all about preference. The lobby and dining room are attractive and the breakfast was good. My only complaint is that after leaving Edinburg, I had to take a tram/plane/bus/train to get to Cardiff and I arrived four hours before check in. It would have been nice if they agreed to let me check in at least an hour early but I was given a firm “no”."

"Not far from city centre, bus stops in both directions very close, food options close by. Spa is wonderful and staff is friendly. Rooms are just like pictured and very nice. Would definitely stay again !"
