"Great hotel, excellent staff. Every aspect of our stay was top notch. We stayed there for a week, but I wish we had more time. One extra benefit I need to mention, the very spacious rooms. "Clean and spacious room, staff friendly and helpful, location great for touring and also easy walk to train station, and guest laundry so convenient!"

"Kommunikation war nicht hervorragend….durften unser Zimmer erst zu 14:30 beziehen obwohl uns zugesagt wurde das wir es eher vielleicht bekämen.Aber sonst war alles super Zimmer Aussicht und das Frühstück"

"Great spa and had a nice dinner at the restaurant! There was amazing views of the mountains. Lady at the desk and server was nice and provided great service as well."

"While the rooms are fine , everything else the hotel offers is brilliant ! A location impossible to beat! The hotel breakfast with one possible exception at a Four Seasons in the Middle East, was the best ever ! Amazing ! Finally, the hotel staff was exceptional So helpful in every way. Especial gratitude should go out to the wonderful Vittoria and her assistant the very accommodating Olivier ! THey were THE BEST"

"The location is SUPERIOR. So centrally located—near old town and bus/tram stop. Many restaurants nearby. The staff is so friendly and VERY helpful! The morning breakfast is particularly good. Very complete and yummy! We will definitely be back! Thank you!"

"Great hotel in a central location to walk around Innsbruck. We traveled by train and it is a short 10 min walk to hotel. Room was spacious and clean and staff very helpful in aiding our public transport plans we had during our trip to a nearby mountain."

"The staff are not really helpful. The room clean the breakfast excellent."

"There’s nice set of body lotion & amenities, room temperature was right. The hotel was fully refurbished, so everything is clean & up to standard. Breakfast options not many choices but tasty. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel when you visit Innsbruck."
