"Wonderful place and accommodation with truly devoted service. They tried ever so hard to make our stay and experience a memorable affair which we applaud. To improve I would say that being organised and taking dining orders is fine but for example the breakfast does need to be hot and not prepared too early. The villa we had was wonderfully set out with jet bath and set over water as was the the main hotel area. We did contact the hotel due to leaving an item behind but as yet still have received no response. "

"Nice enough but very much a tourist hotel, pool size was too small to actually swim in. Poor access to internet when I mentioned it response was “oh the hotel is full” internet capacity should be made for a full hotel! Buffet was on. Wine was very expective "

"Big spacious room however it was very dark and damp smelling which I think is the location in the forest. The property is a little bit out of town which means you are stuck at the hotel for your meals unless you get a tuk tuk to and from town. It was a beautiful property with a lovely breakfast but I found the staff in the reception not overly friendly or helpful and a little out of the way for the main attractions. "
