"The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children was always nice and tried to accommodate us as much as possible. "Loved the rooms, staff, cleanliness of the hotel, but unfortunately roof terrace was being upgraded so unable to use, which was a shame. Also the three bars/ resteraunts within 50 yards of hotel, were excellent for food and drink. Forgot to mention breakfast in hotel was very nice. All in all an enjoyable stay"

"It says all inclusive but don’t let it fool you. I knew that this place was joke when we arrived. It felt like none of the workers didn’t have slightest clue how to work in hotel. For example our passports were left unattended on counter while we took our stuff to the room. Room AC didn’t work. I also didn’t like our balcony was shared with other room. Drinks were the biggest joke. Soft drinks were completely passed, warm, disqusting. There were 3 taps of beer: one at pool bar, one at restaurant...

"Ok and cheap. Not sure where the sauna or gym in the pictures are. The room was large, but noise could be heard from corridor. The bathroom was flooded every time I showered. The bed was a bit hard, but I slept fine. "

"Very nice clean modern room, staff were helpful although limited English speaking on reception at later check in time. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool looked nice, although too cold for us to try and use. Limited utensils in room however, need a few more. Too far out of Varna City, had to get taxi's everywhere. One restaurant in walking distance but was out of season so limited opening hours. Same for hotel on site restaurant in the evenings. Supermarket just down the street which was very...

"All good but the staff was not trained to inform all discounts on the property which could saved us unnecessary expenses but the the guest service lady diductrd all our missed discount from our final bill."

"Mjög úrelt hótel með ónýta loftræstingu og mjög mikil reykingarlykt inná herberginu. Myglublettir í loftinu og illa þrifið herbergi. Þjónustulundin ekki sú besta, morgunmaturinn var ekkert spes. Miðað við verðið sem ég borgaði fyrir tvær nætur var þetta mjög lélegt. Eina sem var ágætt var heilsulindin, hún var snyrtilegt og mikið úrval af meðferðum og góð aðstaða. "

"Great location close to the beach, we were on the ground floor so there was a bit of noise from the road but it was alright, the bed was incredibly comfy! We arrived very late in the night after a long travel delay but the staff kindly left our room key/check in details by the reception as it was closed by then. Thanks for a comfortable stay!"
