Be Aware, it can be very loud. 9am-11pm

The room was very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. We easily went to the store and prepared many meal in our room. There was a smart I’m the living room and master bed. Easy to get to the mountain and lifts. BE AWARE of all the entertainment just outside your windows. It was nice at first but after 5 days, it gets to be too much. We had it under bedroom windows for kiddos and I interrupting our quiet family time. Not all rooms face the main area, definitely get a room on facing the creek. Rae at front desk was helpful and friendly. Everyone else, not so much.

Spacious homey feel

These condos have that great balance of hotel and home feel that’s just right for getting away. Plus, it’s right in the heart of Avon so you can walk around the ski town and shop, eat, sit on the comfy chairs that are everywhere. It’s perfect for getting away from the city.

Park plaza!

Just spent 5 nights at Park Plaza. A great place to stay, beautiful and comfortable. I always think a pro/con list is helpful so... Pros: location right in town, steps from everything-shops, restaurants, ice skating and the ski lifts. Lots of space - stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse. There were 8 of us, bedrooms were large and there were 4 full baths! Big family room. TVs in every room. Hot tub and pool. Free covered parking that was easily accessed. Wi-Fi, movie channels Wood burning fire place with plenty of wood and easy start blocks - we loved the wood burning fire! Maid service everyday, continental breakfast. Robes. Full kitchen, storage area for equipment large enough for 8 pair of ski/snowboard boots, 5 sets of skis and 3 snowboards. Cons-one bedroom heard outside noises not bad but early morning activity would wake us up. No privacy in the bedrooms. Which is fine for a married couple but awkward when my sons girlfriends shared a room. We had booked the twin beds but that wasn’t available so they shared a bed. The tub and sink area were all part of the bedroom. The toilet and sink were separated with a door. getting dressed in that little area was hard. Also there is a textured glass window in the shower. You can see in it from and the light from the shower shines in the bedroom. Kitchen was small and not well stocked, IMO. Small skillets, only a toaster oven and coffee pot. Elevator took too long. Didn’t likethe walk to the slopes. Even if it was short.

Excellent location

This hotel has the best location. It offers lots of space and it is very clean. I would absolutely stay here again. Some improvements that could help: The beds are really uncomfortable. The kitchen dishwasher is super old and loud. It ruined some bottles we always throw in the dish washer at home.

Si buscas Villa, podría ser la opción

El hotel está súper ubicado, si lo que buscas es una Villa es una buena opción , las villas son amplias, si gran cocina, un comedor grande y una sala con sus muebles sofá cama, el personal nada amable, están todos como enojados siempre, le pedí a mi hijo que me pasara la cámara de foto rápido para tomar una buena fotografía y le llamaron la atención que No era parque para estar corriendo, que era un hotel, se me hizo muy grosero fue una señora de edad que siempre está ahí, pero en general todos con jetas, si entras y sales sin tomarlos en cuenta, todo está bien.
