"部屋は清潔で窓から中庭が見えました。 必要なものはすべて揃っていました。エアコンや冷蔵庫やドライヤーはもちろん、アイロンやエキストラの毛布も(セイフティーボックスはありません) 特に良かった点は、チェックイン時にホテルの方が、紙のマップを使いながら、街の名所などなど　わかりやすく説明して下さった事です。お陰で、日本のガイドブックなどで情報が少ないカターニャの街をとても楽しむことが出来ました。 ただ、日本人として注意する点は、常時スタッフが居るわけでは無いので、日本ではあまり馴染みがないWhatsAppアプリの準備と、エクスペディアかアプリ経由の簡単な英語コミュニケーション(チェックイン時間などの事前連絡)は必要だと思います。"

"Fantastic location, clean rooms and very friendly, helpful staff - this is a great option in Ortigia. The rooms are quiet without street noise and the staff were very helpful in organizing offsite, secure parking for our rental car.The room was missing a few amenities like a safe (there were instructions to use one), a few additional toiletries like body wash and conditioner, and an iron. Definitely add this one to your list of places to stay. "

"Het appartement zelf is echt basic. Wij hadden nog een goed bed. De kinderen zegden te hebben geslapen op een rots (zetelbed). Het was wel vlakbij de stad. Kleine keuken, kleine badkamer. Zou het wel niet meer kiezen."
