"The property was extremely clean and well taken care of. The staff were so friendly and treated us very well. On top of that, the amenities were so nice. Between the game room to the drinks available 24/7, our needs were always taken care of. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this stay and would love to stay again."

"bed was great! Property is band new! had a hard time finding it. Street is new. didn't come up on gps. Poor water pressure. State has plenty of water. Turn it up!"

"Very quiet old motel off Route 66 with a lake and park right next door. The rooms have been renovated but managed to keep that nostalgic feeling! Having a fridge with an actual freezer was amazing, and access to the laundry room was very convenient. We loved having our car right outside our room door for loading and unloading."

"The Guest House in Carthage is your basic 1960โs Motel that has been renovated with updated interiors and a good kiss of maintenance on the outside. Everything was clean. Nothing was particularly special, but it was what I needed near the end of a long motorcycle journey. The gentleman who checked me in was professional, kind, and polite, even lending me his carport to protect my bike from the elements and provide a modicum of security. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to a friend as an inexpensive place to lay their head for the night."

"One of the best rentals Iโve ever had the privilege to stay in. The home has everything you need while being away from home I was able to host my family for dinner as I was visiting from Washington state there is plenty of room for parking. Itโs centrally located and very quiet. I highly recommend and look forward to staying there again. The backyard has a fire pit and barbecue and plenty of seating. Each bedroom has a TV there is a washer and dryer. The only downside for myself, because I am recovering from knee surgeries was getting into the shower. You have to step into the bathtub. The home decor is absolutely adorable. The kitchen has two sinks and everything you need to to cook. The front porch has two rocking chairs. It was enjoyable to sit out there in the evening and just relax."
