Las fotos del piso son un engaño

Es una agencia que que tiene varios apartamentos, el que nos dieron a nosotros no es el que aparece en las fotos. El nuestro era viejo y se encontraba en una especie de semisotano, una de las habitaciones no tenía ninguna ventana, el comedor tenía una ventana a una altura superior a 2 metros, la otra habitación tenía una ventana a nivel de calle, que tampoco podíamos abrir. Las camas eran muy incómodas, cortas y no pudimos descansar nada. En la otra habitación habían juntado 2 camas que tenían diferentes alturas... Lo único bueno es la ubicación y la cocina equipada. A la llegada nos dijeron que si avisábamos, no había problema para salir una hora mas tarde del check-out oficial a las 12.00h. Cuando llamamos para solicitarlo, nos dijeron que tendríamos que pagar un suplemento de 20Eur. Puedo entender que tengan suplemento por check-out tardío, pero que avisen antes! Nos tocó despertar a nuestra hija de 2 añitos y salir con prisas del piso. Fue una estancia desagradable y nunca mas vamos a volver a alquilar estos apartamentos y probablemente ni volver a Ávila después de esta estancia. If you don't want your stay in Ávila to be spoiled, don't rent a flat here, you don't get the flat shown on the pictures, you get a dark place with no windows and uncomfortable beds. The location is good though, but still, definitely not worth it and expensive too.

Très bien placé dans un quartier calme et près du centre comercial et historique. On peut visiter tout à pied. Sans problème pour se garer. Accueil impecable et très sympa.
