Ambiente familiar

Como en casa se sintieron mi hija y su amiga ; les decían :"las mexicanas" atendidas personalmente por los dueños. Muy amables y muy serviciales. Las ayudaron mucho a sentirse como en casa con excelente atención buena comida y buenos precios. Ubicación privilegiada cerca de todo.

Fuimos un matrimonio con 2 niños pequeñis, habitacion muy espaciosa, el baño un poco pequeño pero aceptable, la situación ideal junto a la muralla, la puerta de san vicente, junto anoa ificina de turismo. El personal muy amable y correcto. Recimendable para familias!

Hôtel au pied des remparts

Équipement minimaliste. Pas de minibar. Climatisation bruyante. Le prix de la chambre est à régler en fin de séjour. Les patrons semblent avoir du mal avec la technologie. Ma carte ne fonctionnait pas au moment de régler. Pas très aimable, le patron m'a fait comprendre que mon compte en banque était sans doute vide... après quelques manipulations il a enfin réussi à faire fonctionner son appareil à carte bleue et à débiter le prix de la chambre !

Deveria ter mais estrelas

Principalmente por estar classificado como somente uma estrela, diria excelente. Apesar das instalações simples, como a maioria dos hoteis dessas cidades menores, tudo funciona bem. O ar funciona bem, o banheiro (apesar de ser uma cortinha :-) ) tem um ótimo chuveiro, coisa que acho crucial depois de um dia de sol escaldante andando sem parar, cama e travesseiros bons. O staff do hotel foi amável e nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos.

El hotel esta bien,pero para desayunar hay que salir fuera (cafeteria).Las habitaciones son amplias y bien decoradas,comodas y con un calorcito que se agradecia ya que hizo mucho frio

Lo único bueno que tiene el hotel es lo céntrico que es, porque por lo demás deja mucho que desear, es muy caro para los servicios que ofrece. Las camas muy antiguas, la tv rota, el baño deja mucho que desear.

So much more than a 2 star

This hotel is so much more than a 2 star. Great location, nice rooms (walls are thin though), comfortable bathroom and the reception staff are wonderful - polite and helpful - even though they do not speak english they made an effort to get the information we required.

Wallk across steet to waLLED CITY

The locATION wAS EXCELLENT. Have Am COFFEE in their restaurant and walk across the street to walls aND old city of Avila, most beautiful at night especially given it is lighted and tourists are gone. Eat at Hotel Placio el tostada and hAVE the fixed price menu AND YOU WILL MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE FOOD AND BEAUTIFUL SETTING. This hotel can be noisy, get a room with balcony NOT THE FRONT ROOMS OF HOTEL BECause all the tourists walk and drive there.

Fantastic location

Helpful staff, accurate GPS co-ordinates, garage is at rear of the hotel on a different road and 3 floors lower and is very small. Noise from nightclub opposite the rear of hotel. Spacious rooms well decorated.
