Fantástico hotel. Limpio, nuevo, bonito, perfectamente ubicado y con un personal muy atento, educado y amable. Ya lo hemos recomendado a mucha gente. Ideal.

La habitación y el personal muy bien. Pero se escucha todo por la noche y la almohada y el colchón malisimos, teniendo en cuenta que en las fechas que he ido yo va mucha gente a examinarse de las pruebas físicas al cnp levantarse con dolor de espalda no es lo más óptimo. Deberían cambiar eso ya que yo no volveré a ese hotel.

Habitación Deluxe doble: Es una habitaciín que da a un patio pequeño interior, sin posibilidad de abrir las ventanas ya que era un primer piso y desde el mismo patio que lo usan como terraza de la cafeteria, te estaban viendo. Teniamos que estar con la cortina bajada hasta abajo del todo. Les pedimos si nos podian cambiar de habitación y nos dijeron que no. Bueno pues por la noche, salimos y llegamos a las 02::00 de la madrugada porque veniamos del concierto de Musicos en la Naturaleza. El hotel estaba completo por este concierto. Llegamos y la puerta del hotel estaba cerrada. Llamamos al timbre y al teléfono del hotel y nada que no nos abrian. Así llegaron más parejas hasta juntarnos 10 personas en la puerta del hotel, en la calle. Todos veniamos con la pulsera del mismo concierto de Hoyos del Espino. Llamamos incluso a la policia local pensando que a la persona de recepción le podria haber ocurrido algo. La policia no se presentó, parecia como que esto ya habia ocurrido más veces. El buen seños de recpción que parece ser que es el propietario del hotel, se habia dormido y no escuchaba ni el timbre ni el telefono. Nos tuvo en la calle desde las 02:00 a las 02:45. Ni siquiera se disculpó.

El nombre "El encanto" corresponde muy bien a las características de este hotel. El hotel está situado en una antigua sinagoga renovada con gusto y buen hacer y su ubicación en una calle tranquila pero al lado de la catedral es inmejorable. El servicio muy amable. Si los precios se mantienen, regresaremos a este hotel cada vez que vayamos a Ávila.

Habitación muy oscura por dar a patio. Si no se bajan las persianas hay poca intimidad. Pedí al recepcionista dejar coche en garaje hasta después de comer a lo que contestó que me tenía que cobrar otros 12€. Hay que decir que en el garaje solo había 2 coches, no era día de alta ocupación.

Casona antiguo con ambiente moderno y cálido

Un hotel confortable, con gusto, ambiente intimo y muy bien ubicado junto a la catedral. El personal super atento a todo. Las camas cómodas. El desayuno no lo tomamos pero tenía muy buena pinta.

Hotel ideal en en centro de Avila y cerca academia

Me gustó porque está cerca de la academia de policía,ideal para quien tenga que realizar allí las pruebas o visitar a quienes estén ya dentro. Me gustó principalmente porque el servicio de desayuno abría a las 8 pero como eramos bastantes los que estabamos para realizar las pruebas nos proporcionaron el desayuno una hora antes. Estupendo.
