"Great stay here with my family, the staff were helpful from the check in until the end, the accommodation was excellent, customer service was top notch. Best of all, it is close to the city center with a nice rooftop bar overlooking the royal palace. The staff informed me as a new visitor to Madrid about the electric bus 001/002 that is free!"
