"The spa was phenomenal, really well maintained and clean with super friendly and helpful staff.
The room was wonderful and very clean.
If you’re looking for a holiday to relax and rest this is definitely the place to do so!
The staff were incredible and even left a cake in the room for my birthday, which was a lovely gesture!
The one thing I would mention is that the church next door rings the bell every hour from quite early on in the morning but that is no fault of the hotel and cannot be helped, maybe you won’t hear it further in the hotel.
Truly could not fault the place."
"Great hotel for a few days in Innsbruck. Location was brilliant, right next to the station and only a few minutes walk into the old town. Despite being right over one of the platforms of the station it was very quiet (very well soundproofed!) and the room had everything I needed. The rooftop bar was fabulous - wonderful views and a great place to have breakfast and/or a drink in the evening."
"The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and I appreciated the small kitchenette. Having a fridge, kettle, and coffee maker was a thoughtful and convenient touch.
My main disappointment was the limited opening hours of the spa and gym, which close at 20:00. For me, one of the greatest benefits of staying at a hotel with a spa is being able to return after a day of sightseeing, have dinner, and then relax in the spa before bed. It is a wonderful way to unwind and prepare for a restful night.
With the current opening hours, however, the spa really needs to be used before dinner. The last thing you want to do is get dressed again and head back out for the evening. Extending the spa hours would make a significant difference to the overall experience and, in my opinion, would make the additional cost much easier to justify. I unfortunately did not feel that I was able to fully enjoy the facility.
Another consideration, particularly for summer visitors, is the lack of AC. This seems to be quite common in Austrian accommodation, but during warmer weather I would find it difficult to sleep comfortably without it. For a summer stay, I would recommend confirming that your accommodation has AC if this is important to you.
Overall, the property has several nice features but the early spa closing time and lack of air conditioning are important considerations when deciding whether it is the right choice for your stay."
"The hotel is strangely arranged, with three buildings that are few minutes walking apart. Also, if you are not in the main building, there are quite few steps you have to climb. The rooms are very big and well equipped. The lake view from the windows is magnificent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good."
