"The hotel looked very impressive as I got there. The rooms were clean. I wish there was more trash baskets since there is only one in bathroom. I expected more from the room, but overall it had all the amenities and friendly staff. The location was good close to all the connections."

Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna

"I accidentally booked this Adina serviced apartment as I had meant to book the other Adina Apartment hotel tht I stayed for a couple of weeks, a few years ago. The difference in this apartment is tht it is a serviced apartment that is serviced every three to four days. The apartment was large and very tastefully decorated. It was nearer to the Hbf and so had similar transportation conveniences. This one had a common laundry facility that required an app to be downloaded, and to be paid online. My only gripe was tht there was no coffee or tea, though I recommend just walking 3 mins to the nearby bakery to get one. As noted by others, reception wasn’t exactly the warmest but they were not rude. All in all, I still prefer the other Adina (though it was more expensive) as that had a restaurant and bar and laundry facilities in the room!"

"Thank you so much for everything! We arrived late and only stayed one night, but the staff received us very kindly. The room was perfect and very clean. The hotel was extremely convenient for us since it’s right next to the airport and we had to be there very early in the morning. It’s also easily accessible from the city center. Very comfortable, practical, and overall a perfect stay."

"Great location near the mains action but easy to get into the centre, plus its walkable to the lovely Belvedere Gardens. We had a studio which was spacious and comfy bed and sofa, though the kitchen is a little cramped if you wanted to make a meal, but we only used it to make drinks really"

"Fantastic hotel, amazingly friendly and attentive staff. No problem was too much for them. We were lucky to have one of the 8th floor rooms with the skyline view over the city. Room was very modern, bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of powerpoints, in the right locations, as we have cpap machines and these need to be close to the bed or they become a night time trip hazard. Concierge team were exceptional, especially Rolly, whose suggestions for dining or transport were spot on. Really central location for the Opera, the Spanish Riding School and the Musikverein. Breakfast was good and plenty of it, bar staff were knowledgeable about the local drinks. This is definitely where we will stay on any return trip to Vienna"

"Great location, space and staff members. The vibe is excellent and there are plenty of places to relax and work; whatever your aim for the stay. The only minor potential for improvement might be providing more loo roll when doing up the rooms. The rest was exemplary and I had a wonderful stay."
