"This is a beautiful hotel. The room was spotless, firm comfortable beds, nice toiletries, and a complimentary mini bar! Only had coffee from the restaurant and it was excellent. I will definitely stay again. "

"all good except noisy auto-closing doors that echo throughout the level.
Staff were good, decor etc good.
sound proofing of some sort needed to reduce echoing "

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and firendly.
I swam in the 'heated' indoor pool and it was quite cool but refreshing.
Room comfortable, safe and quiet with everything I needed for weekend stopover.
Many thanks! "

"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc.
Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment.
Only one access key provided.
Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff.
Overall a lovely place."
