"I'm not sure why this hotel has so many bad reviews on Google Maps - perhaps this was back when it was a Motel 6 before it became a Wingate. I only stayed here for one night but my room was nice, clean, and it was quiet. The lobby is very stylish and there is room to sit down and use your laptop, sip a coffee, or take a break. 3 Things I appreciated: 1. The Breakfast had those pre-made cheesy egg omelets that I enjoy. Most motels/hotels either don't serve eggs anymore or they serve disgusting powdered, watery eggs. 2. The milk for breakfast was whole milk and not that 2% garbage. 3. Their coffee actually tasted like coffee and after breakfast they left it in the lobby for everyone to drink instead of hiding it after breakfast. In my 2 weeks of traveling, it has been the best motel/hotel coffee so far. If I am ever back in Conway I would stay here again."

"Hotel was OK. The first room refrigerator not working. Second Room refrigerator not working properly as well. Needed to refrigerate medication. Used ICE an cooler and called it a day."

"It was only a quick one night stay. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean and the breakfast was acceptable."

"The room itself was very dusty. The showerhead was broken can’t even though there was a hose connected to the showerhead. The holder that held the hose was not the correct fit. There were several families staying in the area, which I liked, but the kids were screaming until 10 o’clock at night. And I don’t mean fun screaming I mean, screaming at the top of their lungs. The assistant manager was very kind and polite."

"The staff is amazing. Mr. Patel remembered us from our stay in December! Our only "complaint" is the pillows--they have no support."
