"This was the least accommodating, least welcoming hotel manager I've ever experienced. Never has a hotel manager made me cry and required that I ask them to please alter their tone when speaking to me. The way in which he spoke to me in front of my children will stay with me forever. It takes a lot to make me uncomfortable, I've been to hundreds of hotels and never before have I been made to feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed in any establishment. The manager of this hotel made me so uncomfortable that I stopped attending breakfast or exiting through the front door whenever he was on duty. In addition to the hostile and dismissive communication from the manager that made me feel unsafe, there was also his unclear communication with his staff to convey his messages when he wasn't on duty. I was told that room service came every other day, then I was told it comes daily when the manager requests it. There was no clarity in communication. I was staying here while renovating a house before moving in, it was the closest location and the manager behaved as though receiving packages was a personal offense. The manager had an issue with the boxes arriving and being stored in the bedroom till they were necessary on the job site. Upon checking out I asked the staff to alert me to any packages that did not arrive before checkout and I was told that at the managers request all packages would be returned to sender. I've now read other reviews that mention prejudice, might be it."

"Sketch area. Tons of homeless pushing their carts up and down the street in front of hotel. Clerk is behind bullet proof glass. You can see a huge lobby- all behind glass like a weird museum. You're confronted with signage taped to the glass telling you everything you don't get and aren't allowed to do. If you pre-paid via Expedia or hotel.com, they rudely tell you you must pay a $30 cash deposit or no room. Pet deposit quoted 10 per pet online- they charged $12.50 per pet. Oh we made the mistake of showing up early - $10 early check in fee. Finally got to the room - it seemed ok until I had been walking around barefoot on carpet for awhile- my feel were absolutely black. Had to have an inspection to get our $30 back. Would not go back, would not recommend. "

"We stayed at a Fairfield Inn and had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was excellent, offering a thoughtful variety, including individual oatmeal cups, milk, water, and fruit—everything well presented and convenient. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was consistently kind and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were just right, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, allowing for a truly restful stay. Overall, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. We would gladly stay here again. 💛 Esther O"

"I had booked three nights total but completely had to check out on the second day due to the bug bites all over my arms and legs, the beds we disgusting with human hair inbetween headboard and mattress the carpets filthy, it was musty and moldy smelling the air conditioning unit was hanging on the wall by tape. I asked for a extra sheet and and had to go and buy blankets to sleep on at the local tjmaxx, as well go to home depot and buy a 10$ can of HOT SHOT BED BUG SPRAY FOR OUR BLANKETS AND CLOTHES AND BAGS. The tv was blurry couldn’t see on it the pool was so cloudy and disgusting looking my child was NOT GOING NEAR IT. My vehicle was broken into the phone in the room had no cord, hair dryer had decided on it, I wasn’t not going to stay another day in that hotel. "
