"Our room was not ready at 3pm for check in. The manager was rude and said he would offer us a free Starbucks. We explained that we were there for a wedding that started in 2 hours and needed to get ready. He said that we could use the public restroom in the hotel. He told us to come back in 30 minutes and try to check in again. When we went back there was a 30 minute line. As rewards members with Marriott, we will not be staying here again. "

"My room was not in good shape at all. It had a smell to it , the chair was in awful condition torn, very dirty I couldn’t even sit in it. I was visiting family and I wanted to have them over to swim in the pool and it was cloudy and green! The cabinet door that had the refrigerator in it was sprung. The shades on the lamps were in poor condition! I requested my room to be cleaned to remove the trash and it was never done the four nights I was there.I would not stay at this hotel again."

"I was told when I checked in that they needed my card and I must pay extra for a fridge and a microwave.....it stated online that those were included in the room.....why did they need me to pay more.....? Plus they charged me a $50 deposit and It did not state that was a thing online either. I have been trying to reach them because all of my things are at the property and I had to leave for an emergency and I need to collect my clothing and bags left and I need to ensure they did not discard and did not charge my card because I also gave them $100 cash on Friday morning to cover the weekend, just in case. "

"The room was nice and clean. The staff was all very friendly and the location ideal for our visit. We went for the annual Toad Suck Daze 5k with a large group. My only negative is that they start breakfast too late for anyone running in the race. They did compromise by offering us cold items, which was appreciated, but you'd think they would anticipate race attendees on this one day every year and have breakfast ready a bit earlier."
