"The property was very clean, there was available dog waste bags outside for my service dog, the grounds and landscaping was fantastic as well. The staff were so helpful and polite even at our late arrival of near 1am. The breakfast was very good with protein and fruit options, including yogurt. The facilities and rooms were clean. "A hotel room should be: Clean Safe Comfortable Quiet This place was NOT quiet. The large space under the door let in every sound from the hallway, the plumbing made noise and trucks in the parking lot made a racquet at 4am!!!"

"The property needs a serious through cleaning. Horribly stained carpet, gum stuck under counters and edges, something resembling blood in the bathroom and so much more. We didn't even stay the night. We just left and went elsewhere."

We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. "I have stayed at this location plenty of times, this visit when I arrived the check in was fine, but the employee did not greet, communicate, or show appreciation. The room was not clean well, the furniture was dusty, the tv did not work, and there was no body soap in the shower. The elevator would bounce up and down when you stepped in, and there were a few really noisy air conditioner units. The breakfast was good.
