"Incredible views, great food, kind staff that helped my daughter with a bee sting, comfy room with huge bathroom which is rare. My only recommendation is that they put screens on windows in the summer so without air conditioning you can have windows open for the evening breeze without bees/spiders coming in. Would still recommend this hotel regardless.... loved it."

"This is my 2nd time staying here. The first time was 2019. Overall, it is easy check in instructions, took bus from Hallstatt city with bus number 543 is easy. The balcony with lake view is perfect. Just that the room doesn't have washroom inside but there are shower room. Kind of weird but it's ok. The room is clean and the view is excellent. The reception man & women is friendly as she help me to take some photos coz I travel alone. The environment is good, can have a chill walk in the evening...
