"We were part of a very large party taking various room grades from basic to suites. Views of the sea, and Etna in the distance are possible from where you’re located in the hotel. Accommodation at various levels was indifferent. Pool area was very busy as the hotel was full. Tried dinning twice, first experience we walked out after waiting far too long to be attended to.
