"The breakfast menu was mediocre. There was not a lot to choose from. If you wanted your omelette special made like they advertise. You had to wait in a line that consistently had at least 10 people. The quality of the food was average. The size of the pool at this facility was extremely small considering they have 10 stories of rooms. The pool was so small, compared to the quantity of guests you could not reach your arms out without touching someone else. My room was not ready when I arrived. Check in time is 3 PM. I arrived at 3:50 and was asked to come back in 10 or 15 minutes because my room was ready. They do not take cash deposits so I had to leave to go put the money on my cash app card. I questioned the attendant on which types of cards would be accepted and he stated we take all Visa and Mastercard. However, when I returned, I was informed that they do not take cash app cards and there’s a long list of cards. They don’t accept so I had to have my significant other pay for the deposit online, which was a whole other ordeal. By the time I got checked into my room, it was 6 PM during all of this trouble with getting checked in the staff was not friendly. When they saw that my card was declined They’re demeanor went from extremely friendly to cold and not helpful. My room was already paid for the evening before, and I had the deposit money. It was just not on the appropriate card that they accept. Regardless of the reason, it was their fault. "
