While the rooms are large and roomy even by U.S. Standards, they are too modern and don't fully reflect the history of the building. Overall, very good location and excellent stay. I think they just went a bit too far in modernizing it and left out some of the medieval and renaissance charm it once hand."

"I had a terrible experience at their restaurant. ONe of the waiters was openly hateful. I wrote to the hotel about the experience, who I assumed was the restaurant manager also witness the incident. No acknowledgement feom the hotel staff whatsoever. I would not stay here again. "
