Tiles missing in bathroom, internal doors didn't close, dark hairs on sheets meant we wondered if they were clean. Mismatched, or missing, crockery and cutlery. Bug marks on ceilings and walls. Sheer privacy curtains in living area, but not in bedroom. Bedroom window wasn't air tight enough to block out traffic noise. "Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was amazing. I loved the setup having the bedroom separate to the lounge. Pressure for the shower was absolutely amazing, bed was a little hard but got comfortable in the end. Due to security reasons visitors are not allowed which is not stated on the site however the receptionist was willing to allow my family to come through. Highly recommended."

"Easy parking and reasonably secure. Even though the motel is on the very busy Great North Road we didn't hear traffic noise. Rooms were spotless. A few more kitchen utensils would be handy, such as a microwave oven dish. Overall a very pleasant three night stay."
