"The staff were helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel offers to store your luggage if your flight is alot later than check out time. This was very handy for us as our flight was later in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable. Small, but I knew that when booking. The lobby has a community room with tables and seating, a microwave, dishware, a coffee machine, a filtered water machine and vending machines."

"We visited Auckland for my birthday. On arrival I asked for an upgrade. Although the hotel was busy, we were offered a suite for an extra $80 per night. We grabbed the deal and the suite was perfect for our 2 night stay. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Thankyou so much for making our stay special. 😃😉"
