An affordable accomodation in central Auckland, easy to access transit and is at the top of Queen St and K road, a main shopping and food hub. The best features of the hotel is the affordability and it's location. Cleanliness could have been a bit better in the rooms, and the beds were quite uncomfortable would not recommend sleeping more than two nights if you need good sleep support, after five nights my hips were very upset.

Budget prices get you budget accommodation. Nothing fancy. Hot water took absolute ages to get even remotely warm. Then once it warmed up it didn't get close to anything more than tepid. One pillow per bed. Bedding was clean. Outdated and felt a bit shabby. But it was a place to sleep so was adequate for that.

Great price for the stay loved it! Just didnt like how there was no mirror in our bedroom cos i booked the hotel and the room where it showed a mirror but our room didnt have a mirror just the bathroom mirror but everything else was great!

When I booked this stay I been offer parking and breakfast included but unfortunately it wasn’t. Even though their kitchen was not operating at all. Also there is nothing to refill the water bottle. Toilet flush was continuing licking, door know was out as well. Very untidy not recommend.

Price was very reasonable but we knew it wasn't a 5 star hotel. The location was excellent-within walking distance of attractions like the Sky Tower, Hop on Hop off bus, and other modes of transportation. Staff was very amenable to storing our luggage as we arrived in the morning before check in time.

Lovely staff, very straightfoward and easy to check in and out. Very convenient location- just close enough to the heart of the city to be easily walkable, but just far enough to be quiet at night. Am definitely planning on coming back, and recommending here to others.

It had good beds and the room was clean and ensuite was good. I don't like whitener in my coffee. The nearby club which was playing loud techno music all night was annoying. The position of the hotel is quite hard to get to or to find. The steep climb up Queens Street from the main shopping centre makes it inaccessable if staying for any length of time. No dining facilties at the hotel is a drawback as well. I did not feel unsafe in the room but outside in the street I did. I may stay again if I was only staying overnight.

The photos advertised for this property look like they were done when it was brand new. It looks a lot more run down than that now. We were told there would be air conditioning in our room, this meant a tiny fan to them.

7 AM Housekeeper starts talking so loud. It’s very noisy. Hard to sleep.Bathroom is too small shower water comes out very slow and shower floor gets slippery with soap water. No AC. No iron ☹️☹️☹️
