"Parking was easy. Under construction wasn’t informed prior to booking. Our microwave, fridgarator etc did not work. Asked for linen prior to going out and still had to make a trip ourselves to pick up at the front desk."

"The receptionist upon arrival was really pleasant. She informed me that I was pre checked in and that was great because they had overbooked. I could not take a shower because when I turned in the water, it sputtered and immediately turned into black water. I googled it and this is what it said: Black water refers primarily to highly contaminated wastewater from toilets, sinks, and dishwashers containing human waste, pathogens, and grease, requiring specialized treatment. It is distinct from greywater and poses severe health risks. It can also refer to dark-colored water in swamps or natural, nutrient-rich, or polluted water bodies. Also the room next to me was extremely loud and could not get any rest. When I went down to reception to express my concerns, the gate was down and no one was present. I would not recommend this location to anyone due to the black water alone. I had to wash my face and hands using makeup wipes, I had to brush my teeth using water from my Stanley . "
