"The rooms are simply but adequately furnished. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Excellent property with amazing staff. Staying here was part of our 21 days Europe road trip. After traveling through Germany, France, Switzerland, and Italy while spending over 17 days in various hotels and resort, this property certainly ranked high in our book. Thank you Kevin for making our stay delightful "

"Amazing staff, fantastic breakfast and great rooms"

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"Overall nice hotel, with great breakfast. but hotel is lacking some basic amenities for 4* hotel such as slippers. "

"Good location and free parking possibility."
