I stayed in the hotel for one night only, but I could not judge it much. The staff members were great when they gave me access to the room after check-out to change from my business suit to casual clothes. Out of what I saw, the floor in my room was not clean. The hotel had maintenance and there were works at the front desk and materials in the corridor. The hotel was quite far from the nearest bus stop and the sidewalk was not convenient for carrying a suitcase.

Cheap but clean and basic. Air conditioning and water system in my and adjacent room made such a racket i couldn't sleep and ended up sleeping in the sitting room.
