"We did not use the airport shuttle. The place was convenient and close to the freeway. The best part were the staff that we encountered. Very friendly, helpful and efficient. The downside is the room we were in needs a good vacuuming. The room DID NOT feel dirty, just a lot of crumbs around the bed/corners. The bathroom needs something to hang the towels on if they want to encourage the change-towels-and-sheets-every-3-days. It was acceptable for the price we paid. I was really impressed with the staff. Thank you. "
